Warranty Coverage
30‑Day Parts Warranty
All replacement parts installed by Blesmo Appliance Repair are covered by a 30‑day warranty from the date of service. If a part we installed fails within this period due to a defect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Labour Warranty
All labour performed during your repair is covered for 30 days. If the same issue reoccurs due to our workmanship, we will return and correct it at no charge.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty applies to:
- Defective replacement parts installed by our technicians
- Workmanship issues directly related to the original repair
- Re‑service of the same appliance issue within the warranty period
- Parts purchased and installed exclusively by Blesmo Appliance Repair
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Problems caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation by others
- Damage caused by electrical surges, flooding, fire, pests, or structural issues
- Pre‑existing conditions not addressed during the initial repair
- Customer‑supplied parts
- Appliances beyond their expected lifespan or with multiple failing components
- Commercial‑grade appliances used in residential settings (unless previously agreed)
Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue within the warranty period:

- Provide your name, service date, appliance type, and a brief description of the issue.
- A technician will be scheduled to inspect the appliance.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, the repair will be completed at no cost.
Warranty claims must be made within the 30‑day coverage period.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:
- Use the appliance as intended by the manufacturer
- Ensure proper electrical supply and safe operating conditions
- Avoid tampering with the appliance after repair
- Report issues promptly within the warranty period
Limitations of Liability
Blesmo Appliance Repair is not responsible for:
- Loss of food or personal items
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Additional failures caused by unrelated components
- Costs associated with third‑party repairs
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts installed by us.
