Blesmo Appliance Repair specializes in the repair and maintenance of electric household appliances only. This includes refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, electric stoves, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, and select marine appliances.

We do not service gas appliances or gas‑related systems.

All services are subject to technician availability and may vary by location.

When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, address, contact details, and appliance details.

Appointment Expectations

• A service window will be provided for technician arrival.
• Technicians may contact you before arrival.
• If you are not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Blesmo Appliance Repair is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Before performing any repair, our technician will diagnose the issue and provide an estimated cost.

By approving the repair:

• You authorize Blesmo to perform the work.
• You agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion.

Declining a repair may still incur a diagnostic or service call fee.

All prices are provided in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
• Accepted payment methods may include check, cash, debit, credit card, or e‑transfer.
• Additional charges may apply for parts, specialty components, or return visits.

Prices may change without notice.

Blesmo Appliance Repair uses high‑quality parts from trusted suppliers.

Warranty Coverage

• All repairs include a parts‑and‑labour warranty, the duration of which will be stated on your invoice.
• Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and the parts installed.

Warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated issues
• Pre‑existing damage
• Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Appliances older than the manufacturer’s expected lifespan

If a warranty claim is approved, Blesmo will repair or replace the faulty part at no additional labour cost.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe access to the appliance
• Ensuring the appliance is connected to functioning electrical supply
• Removing personal items or obstructions around the appliance
• Informing the technician of any known issues or previous repairs

Blesmo is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe environments, pest infestations, water leaks, or structural issues.

Blesmo Appliance Repair is not liable for:

• Loss of food, perishables, or personal items
• Damage resulting from pre‑existing appliance conditions
• Issues caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us in advance.

A cancellation fee may apply if:

• The technician is already en route
• You cancel last‑minute
• You are not present at the scheduled time

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
• Submit false information
• Copy or redistribute website content without permission
